How much does Consight cost?

Consight Pro is $199 per user per month billed annually, or $219 per user per month billed monthly, for teams of 1–3 users. Teams of 4 or more use Consight Enterprise, priced by team size with volume discounts. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial.

What’s the difference between Consight and Consight Enterprise?

Every Consight plan includes the full estimating workflow: AI bid leveling, AI scope generation, plan and spec reading, scope sheets and bid forms, the project workspace and cloud files, collaboration and version control, and custom reports with Excel exports. Enterprise adds advanced integrations, custom workflows, company-wide configuration, dedicated support, and priority feature requests.

Can we try Consight before committing?

Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card, long enough to level a live bid package. Teams that want to prove Consight out on a real project with guided setup can run a pilot program instead; talk to sales to set one up.

Does Consight work with the tools we already use?

Yes, if your team bids in BuildingConnected or Procore or levels in Excel. Consight imports projects, bid packages, bids, and files from BuildingConnected and Procore without changing anything there, imports takeoffs and estimates from Excel, Bluebeam, and OST, and exports to Excel. Enterprise adds advanced integrations.

How is our project data handled?

Your plans, specs, bids, and pricing are visible only to your organization: every request is checked against your organization’s access. AI providers process files under zero data retention and never train on customer data. The app and database run in the United States (Oregon, with backups in Virginia and Ohio), and sign-in supports SSO through SAML or OIDC, with MFA. The trust center lists every sub-processor.

What if we need help getting set up?

Every plan includes support, and the help center walks through setup, importing documents, and running your first bid. Enterprise teams get dedicated support and a named point of contact.
