What is Consight?

Consight is a web-based AI preconstruction platform for commercial general contractors. It takes a project from plans and specs to scope sheets, leveled subcontractor bids, an estimate and an award decision in one workspace.

How does Consight build a scope of work?

Upload your plans and specifications and Consight generates detailed scope sheets by trade. Every scope stays fully editable, so your estimators decide what goes out to bidders.

How does AI bid leveling work in Consight?

Consight reads each subcontractor proposal, extracts pricing, inclusions, exclusions and alternates, and maps them to your scope so every bidder is compared on the same lines. Missing scope and exclusions are flagged before award.

Can I check where the AI got a number?

Yes. Every extracted value links back to the original bid, plan or specification, so you can open the source and confirm it before you carry the number.

Can my team work in Consight at the same time?

Yes. Consight runs in the browser with real-time collaboration, so estimators can work on the same project from the office, the jobsite or a client meeting without installing software or passing spreadsheets around.
