Fix a bid that won't process
When a bid won't process, wait a moment, since large files take longer, and refresh the page. If it is still stuck, delete and re-upload it or email support.
Fix Level Bids not running
Level Bids runs only after every bid finishes uploading and processing. Confirm processing is done, then run Level Bids again. It is usually timing, not data.
Numbers that don't add up
A Leveled Price below Base Bid usually means priced Suggested Items await approval, and one above it means plugs were added. Here is the fix for each case.
A column is missing
A missing bidder or scope sheet column is usually hidden or still processing, not deleted. Turn it back on in Manage Columns; column settings are per person.
A bidder has the wrong name
Consight names each bidder from their proposal. To fix a wrong name, choose Rename Bidder in the three-dot menu above the column; pricing stays as it was.
Find a missing bid package
A missing bid package is almost always hidden by a filter. Set the status filter to All Bid Packages, clear the search bar, and refresh the page.
Fix a BuildingConnected import problem
Most BuildingConnected import problems are a lost connection or a run in progress. Reconnect in Settings or wait, then retry; Consight never makes duplicates.
When to contact support
Contact Consight support at support@consight.ai for repeated upload failures, totals that still do not add up, billing or import errors, or deleted work.
Still stuck after the steps? Email support@consight.ai.
