Invite teammates
Invite teammates to Consight by email from your team settings, then add them to each project from its Team tab. Each teammate takes a seat on your plan.
- Open the account menu (your profile picture in the header), then Settings, then All settings, and go to your team settings.
- Choose Invite by email and enter their work address.
- They get an email and join your account when they sign up.
Once someone is on the account, add them to a project from its Team tab. On an imported BuildingConnected project, a package lead who already has a Consight account becomes that package's assignee automatically.
Tip: Each teammate takes a seat on your plan. See the Billing section to add seats.

Who can do what
Consight roles: admins manage billing, integrations, and the team; members create packages and level bids; only estimators or admins soft award or delete bids.
Manage notifications and your to-do list
Your to-do list is on the home page, and the header bell alerts you when a package is assigned to you, Level Bids finishes, or someone mentions you.
Find key settings fast
Consight settings live in the account menu behind your profile picture: profile, theme, notifications, billing, and help. Apps sit in the header's app tray.
