- Ask her to set up bid packages from your plans and specs. She starts the same setup as Build bid packages in BidGrid, and the packages appear when it finishes. When you're ready for scope sheets, ask her to generate them. She shows a preview for you to confirm first.
- Or list the trades you need, in your own words.
- Or give her CSI MasterFormat cost codes, your own cost code list, or a takeoff you have uploaded.
Tip: A plain request like “create packages for HVAC and plumbing” works just as well as a list of cost codes.

Assign a bid package to a teammate
Assign each bid package an owner from your project team. The assignee gets a notification and a to-do list entry. Assignment sets ownership, not access.
