What Connie can and can't do
Connie reads your plans, specs, and bids, builds packages when you confirm, and drafts emails. She cannot award, confirm code compliance, or price a plug.
Connie is the assistant built into every project. She knows what you have uploaded and can act on it, within limits.
She can
- Read plans, specs, bids, and takeoffs.
- Build and edit bid packages and scope sheets, with your confirmation.
- Check for scope overlap across packages.
- Draft emails and summaries for bidders.
She can’t
- Award a subcontract on her own.
- Confirm legal or code compliance.
- Invent a price for a plug. She will ask you for one.
Tip: Connie only knows what has been uploaded to the project. She will not guess beyond that.
