Get around a project
Each Consight project has four tabs: Bid Packages (BidGrid), Files (File Manager), Project Information, and Team. All projects returns you to your list.
Open a project and you will see a row of tabs. Each one holds a different part of the job.
- Bid Packages is BidGrid, the summary of every package and bidder.
- Files is File Manager, where plans, specs, and bids are stored.
- Project Information holds the details and notes Connie uses for context.
- Team shows who is on the project and what they are assigned.
Click All projects above the tabs to get back to your project list. The bell in the header shows notifications. The app tray opens apps like Contacts and Templates & Codes. Your profile picture opens the account menu for Settings and Help.
Tip: Prefer dark mode? Open the account menu, then Settings, then Theme.

Create a project
Create a Consight project for each job you bid. Choose New Project, add what you know, and save to land in BidGrid. Import BuildingConnected or Procore jobs.
What to fill in when creating a project
When creating a project, add the type, square footage, unit or story count, wage rules, plans, specs, and notes. Better context gives Connie better answers.

Import a project from Procore or BuildingConnected
Import a Procore or BuildingConnected project into Consight to bring over its bid packages, submitted bids, and bid files instead of rebuilding it by hand.
