Import a project from Procore or BuildingConnected
Import a Procore or BuildingConnected project into Consight to bring over its bid packages, submitted bids, and bid files instead of rebuilding it by hand.
If the project already exists in Procore or BuildingConnected, import it. Its bid packages, submitted bids, and the files attached to those bids come across. Upload plans and specs to the project yourself.
- Open the account menu (your profile picture in the header), then Settings, then Integrations, and turn on the integration.
- Go back to your project list and click Import.
- Choose Procore or BuildingConnected.
- Pick the project and confirm.
From BuildingConnected, each bid package's lead comes across as its assignee: a lead with a Consight account in your company shows as that teammate, and anyone else shows as an outside participant. A Procore import assigns no one to its packages, so assign them in Consight.
Tip: For BuildingConnected, new bids and packages keep arriving on their own after the first import. See the BuildingConnected section for details.

What to fill in when creating a project
When creating a project, add the type, square footage, unit or story count, wage rules, plans, specs, and notes. Better context gives Connie better answers.
Get around a project
Each Consight project has four tabs: Bid Packages (BidGrid), Files (File Manager), Project Information, and Team. All projects returns you to your list.
