Level one bid at a time
Level a single bidder from its column header on the scope sheet instead of re-leveling the whole package. A dot marks bids that are new or revised.
- Open the bid package's scope sheet.
- Find the bidder's column header. A dot on its play button means the bid is new or revised and not leveled yet.
- Click the play button to level just that bid.
Tip: To level every bid in the package, click Level Bids on the scope sheet. After the first run, the Bid Grid's Next step column levels only the new and revised bids it counts. Level Bids fills each bidder's cells but keeps any you edited or confirmed; there is no field picker.

What Level Bids does
Level Bids, also called Autocomplete, matches each bid's line items to your scope items and fills in the scope sheet's bidder columns in about a minute.
Run Level Bids
Run Level Bids to match each subcontractor's bid items to your scope items. Upload bids, click Level Bids, and review the columns, usually in about a minute.

Correct a wrong match
When Level Bids matches a bidder item to the wrong scope item, check View in Bid, then move the item or add a plug. A thumbs down improves the next run.
Rate matches to improve results
Rate each matched bidder item with a thumbs up or thumbs down. Ratings leave the current sheet unchanged but improve how Consight matches on future runs.
