Who can do what
Consight roles: admins manage billing, integrations, and the team; members create packages and level bids; only estimators or admins soft award or delete bids.
- Admins manage the account: billing, integrations, and team members. They can do everything estimators can.
- Members work projects: create packages, upload bids, edit scope sheets, and level.
- Soft awarding a bidder and deleting bids are limited to estimator or admin permissions.
- Read-only users can view projects but not change them.
Tip: Not sure what you can do? Ask an admin on your account to check your permissions.

Collaborate with your team
Collaborate in Consight by assigning bid packages to teammates, editing the same scope sheet together, and @mentioning people in comments to notify them.
Invite teammates
Invite teammates to Consight by email from your team settings, then add them to each project from its Team tab. Each teammate takes a seat on your plan.

Manage notifications and your to-do list
Your to-do list is on the home page, and the header bell alerts you when a package is assigned to you, Level Bids finishes, or someone mentions you.
Find key settings fast
Consight settings live in the account menu behind your profile picture: profile, theme, notifications, billing, and help. Apps sit in the header's app tray.
