Approve or dismiss a Suggested Item
Approve a Suggested Item with the check mark or dismiss it with the X, one at a time or the whole tray. Approving a priced item updates Leveled Price at once.
- Click the check mark to approve an item into the scope sheet.
- Click the X to dismiss it.
- Use the check mark or X at the top of the tray to act on everything at once.
Tip: Approving a priced item updates Leveled Price right away.

The Suggested Items tray holds bid lines Level Bids could not clearly match. A priced item there does not count toward Leveled Price until you approve it.

Why is Leveled Price lower than Base Bid?
Leveled Price is usually lower than Base Bid because some priced lines are still unapproved in the Suggested Items tray. Approve the ones that belong.
