Create a bid package
A bid package is one trade or scope you bid out, with its own scope sheet and bidders. In BidGrid, add several at once by cost code or trade name.
A bid package is one trade or scope you are bidding out, such as electrical or site concrete. Each package gets its own scope sheet and its own set of bidders.
- In BidGrid, click New Bid Package.
- Search by cost code or trade name.
- Select one or more packages from the list.
- Add them to BidGrid.
Tip: Select several packages at once instead of adding them one by one.
