What to fill in when creating a project
When creating a project, add the type, square footage, unit or story count, wage rules, plans, specs, and notes. Better context gives Connie better answers.
Project details are optional, but they matter. Connie uses them to understand the job, and better context means better matching, better package suggestions, and better answers.
- Add the project type, square footage, and unit or story count.
- Note union, non-union, or prevailing wage requirements.
- Upload plans, specs, and addenda as they become available.
- Add any project-specific notes or special instructions.
Tip: You can add or change any of this later from the Project Information tab.

Get around a project
Each Consight project has four tabs: Bid Packages (BidGrid), Files (File Manager), Project Information, and Team. All projects returns you to your list.
Import a project from Procore or BuildingConnected
Import a Procore or BuildingConnected project into Consight to bring over its bid packages, submitted bids, and bid files instead of rebuilding it by hand.
